Factory Data & Media Policy

A listing may be submitted by an authorised owner or representative, or recorded by VexaPort following a field visit, document review or other lawful research. The submitter must identify the basis on which the information may be used.

Names, addresses, capabilities, certifications, capacity, contact details and product claims must be current and supportable. Fabricated certificates, copied portfolios, false capacity claims and misleading country-of-origin statements are prohibited.

The submitter must have permission to publish logos, photographs, videos, documents and identifiable people. Sensitive areas, trade secrets, personal documents and individuals who have not consented must not be uploaded.

A “field visited” label records that VexaPort visited the location; “documents checked” records a review of supplied documents; and “supplier submitted” records the source of the listing. These labels are not a government licence, product certification, financial guarantee or endorsement of every claim.

Supplier submissions do not become public automatically. VexaPort may request evidence, edit formatting, translate descriptions, reject a submission, unpublish outdated information or suspend a listing where risk or inaccuracy is identified.

A facility owner or authorised representative may request correction or removal and should provide evidence of identity and authority. VexaPort may preserve limited internal records where required for security, disputes or legal compliance.
