Intellectual Property Notice

VexaPort is a business platform operated by MODERN INTERNATIONAL GROWTH COMPANY SPC. The original source code, interface design, documentation, written content, workflows, data structure and original brand assets created for the platform are proprietary assets of the operator, subject to applicable law and the exclusions below.

The VexaPort name, wordmark, logo, visual identity and related trade dress may not be copied, registered, used in a domain name, or presented as an affiliation without prior written permission. The ™ symbol indicates a trademark claim and does not represent that registration has already been granted.

Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the service for lawful business purposes. This does not transfer ownership of the platform or permit resale, reverse engineering, republication, systematic extraction or creation of a competing database.

Users keep ownership of original content they submit. By submitting it, they grant the operator the operational licence described in the Terms of Use. Content may be removed when ownership, consent, accuracy or legality cannot be demonstrated.

Open-source software, government data, third-party marks, user-submitted media and linked services remain subject to their respective licences, terms and ownership. This notice does not claim ownership over those materials.

An intellectual-property notice should identify the protected work or mark, the allegedly infringing material and its location, the rights owner, the reporter’s authority and reliable contact details. VexaPort may request supporting documents before restricting content.
