MODERN INTERNATIONAL GROWTH COMPANY SPC operates VexaPort and acts as controller for personal data it determines how and why to process. Service providers may act as processors under their own contractual and legal obligations.

Depending on your use, we may process account identifiers, name, email, profile and company details; factory and workshop records; photographs, videos and documents; RFQs, analyses and invoices; communications; and technical security records such as timestamps, device information and network identifiers.

We use data to authenticate users, provide requested tools, review and publish listings, enable buyer-supplier communication, maintain records, secure the service, prevent abuse, comply with law and improve platform reliability.

Because VexaPort supports international trade, data may be processed outside your country. We use reasonable contractual, organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the transfer.

We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, legal duties, dispute resolution and fraud prevention. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable law.

We use access controls, account authentication, logging and appropriate technical measures, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, updating, restriction, deletion, a copy or transfer of your personal data, and may withdraw consent for future processing. Some records may be retained where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

Approved factory information is intentionally public. Avoid adding private personal contact details unless the person has agreed to publication. VexaPort is a business platform and is not directed to children.
