By accessing or using VexaPort, you agree to these Terms. You must have legal capacity to enter an agreement and must provide accurate account and business information.

If you use VexaPort for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

VexaPort provides trade-analysis tools, RFQ workflows and a reviewed industrial directory. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, VexaPort is not the buyer, seller, manufacturer, freight forwarder, customs broker or payment institution in a transaction.

Users remain responsible for due diligence, contracts, product compliance, licences, sanctions screening, taxes and customs filings.

Tariff, tax, freight, lead-time, HS-code and landed-cost outputs are decision-support information. They are not binding rulings or professional legal, tax or customs advice.

A result is official only when VexaPort identifies the government source and the user confirms classification, origin rules, quotas, exemptions and special measures with the competent authority.

Keep account credentials secure. Do not impersonate others, upload unlawful or misleading content, scrape the service without permission, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, or use the platform to facilitate prohibited trade.

VexaPort may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or legal compliance.

You retain rights in content you lawfully submit. You grant the operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, translate and display that content as needed to operate and promote the relevant listing or service.

You confirm that you own the content or hold all permissions required for names, logos, photographs, videos, personal details and product claims.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete supplier information or a particular commercial outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, liability is limited to direct loss reasonably caused by the operator and excludes indirect loss, lost profit and decisions made without independent verification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, subject to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply. Material changes will be dated and published on this page.
